We are looking for farmers and ranchers of western Canada and the Western American states. Water is a mandatory foundation to continue being world leaders in producing livestocks and grains.

During the current economic downturn in manufacturing, financing and service sectors we would like to create a transportation, irrigation and recreational waterway from the great lakes to the Pacific Ocean along the 49th parallel.

PC49's construction would eliminate unemployment in North America for the next 25 years, 8 million new jobs, 35 million industry related jobs.

It's construction would mean a redistribution of population from overcrowded urban life to a return to rural North America, where the new jobs will be.

Project Channel 49 (PC 49), will be an agricultual irrigation, domestic,  commercial, industrial,  transportation and recreational waterway from The Great Lakes to the Pacific Ocean and beyond.
